After investigation, 17 construction engineering enterprises such as Guangdong Tianke Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. have falsified behaviors in the process of qualification declaration. In accordance with the provisions of the Construction Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China and the Measures for Dealing with Fraudulent Behavior in the Declaration of Qualification of Construction Engineering Enterprises (Jianchi [2011] No. 200), it was decided to notify and criticize 17 construction engineering enterprises such as Guangdong Tianke Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. and not approve their application for qualification. And its bad behavior will be published in the national construction market supervision public service platform. Within one year from the date of issuance of this circular, the above enterprises shall not be accepted to apply for the administrative license.
